And next the iPad, I want mine.

So it was announced yesterday the new Apple device, the iPad. What has taken Apple 10 years to produce and what we have been waiting for for around 6 months. It is the natural evolution from what millions of us use everyday, our iPhones. Will it save the publishing industry? I somehow doubt it will, or at least in it's current incarnation. 

I do predict that the iPad will help change the development game and keep on creating this new App Industry and economy which is only good for us software developers. Whether I'm correct or not still remains to be seen but all I know is I will be first in line to order my iPad.
